AI for Operations
Support intake, internal search, drafting, document handling, approvals, and other defined business workflows with configurable AI assistance and human review points.
Vocation
Public-sector AI · California
My professional vocation is helping public agencies move from AI interest to disciplined implementation. Through eGovernment.ai and OKF Expert, I focus on the work procurement officers and program leaders actually have to solve: defining a credible use case, reducing implementation risk, preparing staff, governing knowledge, documenting controls, and creating a path that can survive public-sector review.

eGovernment.ai helps California public agencies improve operations, workforce readiness, knowledge access, and responsible AI adoption without asking the agency to surrender human judgment or public accountability.
The company is built around a simple premise: government does not need AI for AI’s sake. It needs clearly bounded technology that supports an identified business function, can be explained to stakeholders, can be reviewed against policy and risk requirements, and can be implemented in stages.
That makes the starting point different from a conventional software pitch. The conversation begins with the work: where staff lose time, where policies are hard to use, where training is inconsistent, where information is fragmented, where manual handoffs create delay, and where AI could assist without taking over an accountable human decision.

Prepare employees for responsible use through role-based AI literacy, onboarding, policy education, facilitated workshops, and structured digital learning.
Build safer adoption around access, governance, monitoring, review, documentation, and clear boundaries for what AI may and may not do.
Make policies, manuals, procedures, forms, and operational reference material easier for employees—and approved AI systems—to retrieve and use responsibly.
For procurement officers
AI is positioned as decision support and workflow assistance. Authorized staff remain responsible for review, approval, and judgment.
Implementations should be understandable, reviewable, supportable, and visible enough for internal governance and continuous improvement.
A tightly scoped use case can establish operational value and governance evidence before an agency considers broader deployment.
OKF Expert
OKF Expert is the knowledge-infrastructure side of the mission: turning scattered policies, procedures, training materials, forms, reference documents, and institutional expertise into structured, cited, reusable, AI-ready Knowledge Bundles.
Most agencies do not have a shortage of information. They have a usability problem. Important knowledge lives across PDFs, shared drives, email, old training decks, spreadsheets, individual memory, and systems that were never designed to work together.
That fragmentation becomes more important—not less—when AI enters the environment. An AI assistant can retrieve information quickly, but speed does not make the underlying knowledge current, authoritative, well-governed, or appropriate for a particular task.
OKF Expert addresses that foundation by organizing knowledge around concepts, source relationships, citations, ownership, review status, reusable workflows, and intended use. The result is knowledge that is easier for employees to find and easier for AI systems to retrieve responsibly.
Identify the knowledge domain, audience, business need, source materials, and intended operational outcome.
Break documents and expertise into concepts, relationships, workflows, responsibilities, and supporting resources.
Create structured Knowledge Bundles with citations, templates, ownership, review information, and AI-use guidance.
Use the governed knowledge in a wiki, internal knowledge base, training environment, workflow, or approved AI assistant.
Practical public-sector uses
How the two fit together: eGovernment.ai addresses the broader adoption problem—operations, training, governance, security-minded implementation, and procurement readiness. OKF Expert addresses the knowledge foundation that makes many of those AI use cases reliable. One helps an agency decide where and how to use AI; the other helps ensure the information behind that AI is structured, cited, maintainable, and fit for purpose.
House of Language
House of Language is my verbal-identity atelier: a portfolio and commissioning space for original phrases, names, slogans, campaign language, and complete verbal identities.
The work begins with meaning. A single phrase can become the nucleus of a product, a collection, a campaign, a packaging system, or an entire brand world. House of Language shows that process through selected case studies and provides a path for founders and premium brands to commission original language built to be remembered.
From phrase to world: original language is developed into the thought behind the brand, the object or experience it belongs to, the visual and material expression around it, and the campaign language that carries it into culture.
A procurement-friendly next step
If your department is conducting market research, evaluating AI-readiness needs, considering a tightly scoped pilot, looking for staff training, or trying to turn fragmented operational knowledge into something more usable, the first step can be a focused capability conversation.
The goal is not to force every problem into an AI solution. It is to identify where AI or governed knowledge can create measurable value, what controls the use case requires, and what procurement path is proportionate to the work.
